I learn...

My experiences...

1. Alcohol helps you run longer in your sex marathon. But remember drink moderately(according to your liver) or you'll not be able to stand in race.

2. Running is one of the best exercises for abs. Try to have 5 small meals a day. Maintain variety in your diet. have grains like bajra with regular wheat.
Say no to sweet, cold drinks and other fast food.

3. Always eat with drinks. Have things like curd, salad. Drink a plenty of water as alcohol is dehydrating.
