The plague of Equality

The most shallow thought which is shown as basic tenet of modern and intellect society is Equality.

It brazenly envelopes the beauty of life and kill opportunities for growth.

Are we choosing government or it is natural selection?

Who is 'Samajdar'?
Is it a person, who hears something and guess; or knows the other surrounding and leading thoughts of speaker.
This 'samajdari' comes from his own earlier experiences or his inferences from other partially similar experiences.

BUT what if a person is not able to judge or understand because he knows the various, uncountable, visible or invisible reasons might be behind that statement of speaker.
What if person is not ready to step in speaker's shoes with half knowledge.
He is not able to understand, because his mind is not trained to make inferences and judge with in seconds.
He is not even able to empathize, he is just in habit of being with people.

Just be there without any connection. A connection which might restrict you; or restrict you by way of supporting you.

Waiting for you

I don't want to say anything,
I am waiting to speak to you.
I don't want to hear anyone,
I am waiting to listen your voice.
I don't want to feel the touch,
I am waiting to hold you in my arms.
I don't believe in life,

Decision in Dilemma

This is something we face in our corporate life daily. There is no best decision or correct decision, we take optimum decision based on fact that how much we can stretch today for future benefits.

There are various interests which we have to balance. There are various levels or different perspectives from which we can analyze a problem.

Quantifying these multi-dimensional issues to make a decision can be impossible or so much time consuming that it is not practically feasible for our daily decision making.

King of Bollywood has given us a mantra to overcome this dilemma. In movie Chak de, he says, i quote, “Iss team ko sirf woh players chahiye joh pehle India ke liye khel rahe hain… India. Phir apni team mein apne saathiyon ke liye aur uske baad bhi agar thodi bahut jaan bach jaye, toh apne liye”

So, when in dilemma think of any issues from 3 levels. First, is it beneficial for your organization. Then, will it help your team. Lastly, if you still have any choice left to make, then you can think about yourself.
